This is the first book in an incredible series by Lisa McMann about a girl cursed to see people dream's whenever they fall asleep. This book is funny, emotionally captivating, and is very realistic about teenagers. I was able to finish this book in a matter of hours because I was so hooked.

Just when I thought it was impossible for this series to get any better, Fade came along. This book rewrites the story line. Janie, the dream catcher, goes undercover in her school, haunted by a girl who dreams of being raped at a party with a teacher. The problem is, his face is blurry, and she isn't willing to tell her secret. Janie contacts the Undercover crime center and agrees to search for the teacher who is a sexual predator in her school. Her boyfriend named Cabel (probably my favorite character in the whole book) is disturbed because she is being used as bait, allowing the teachers to touch and flirt with her. Janie tries to show her love for him, but he is unwilling to remove any of his clothes because his father set him on fire as a child and his body is scarred badly. Will Cabel and Janie's relationship last as she uses herself to bring a sexual predator out of hiding? The answer will have you turning pages at the speed of light.The author uses excellent description as she writes this book. Her writing wasn't exactly incredible in the first, but this one was awesome! I was so hooked! This is going onto my favorites.
